Angel Broking, one of India's largest brokerage houses, engaged CCS to design a new On-boarding Journey that would enhance the visual and user experience for a new customer.
One of India’s top brokerage houses asked us
to design their Customer Onboarding Journey,
but we didn’t want to create just mailers.
We wanted to create an experience.
An experience that would make the
Onboarding Journey:
We looked for a creative inspiration or theme
to tie it all together.
And then it hit us.
It was right in front of our eyes.

People love travelling. They love seeing travel
plans in their email.
Our process and communication should exude
the same level of excitement as a “journey”
that is about to begin.
This theme, which we simply call “The Journey”
combines symbolic elements of Angel Broking,
Finance and the best of Modern Mobile UX to
deliver a sensory experience that feels like travel
and is as efficient as a flight on time.
