L’Oreal: Launching a New Product Line for the Indian Market

L’Oreal, the world’s largest cosmetics company, came knocking on our doors to help them strategize and launch a new product line for the Indian market. Rarely do Indian agencies get a chance to design and develop a product line from scratch for the French conglomerate, who usually chooses to steer strategy from Paris.

However, for a new line of natural facials that specifically target the economy segment, L’Oreal decided to engage a local agency who understands the Indian market. CCS wowed the client with a research-driven pitch that would throw open a new, untapped niche for the cosmetics giant, while maintainin their brand values.
